As a United States Air Force Veteran, she brings a unique perspective to the field of Human Resources. Dr. Castonguay holds a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Tiffin University, where her research focused on analyzing Human Resource Management tactics that drive Generation Z's outlook on job satisfaction, task performance, and retention.


Drawing from her extensive experience and research, Dr. Castonguay founded Strategic Human Resources & Innovations focused on bridging academia and the workforce. She firmly believes that the individual is the life force of any operation and applies a unique leadership perspective to every project she handles.
