Life doesn’t hand us a manual, but every experience, every messy moment, and every act of courage becomes a page that helps us transform experience into a lesson learned. We often don't decide how our story is written; we do have the power to choose how to respond and write future chapters. Being authentic leaders means accepting all personal aspects of ourselves, even those we parts we would rather hide from the public. It takes courage to stand up and be transparent and admit you are an imperfect human being who is also learning how to be a better version of yourself! Attendees of Dr. C's motivational speaker keynotes will walk away having discovered the power that comes with being A transparent person who has overcome challenges. Attendees will learn to embrace their story as a unique aspect of their journey. Gain the ability to lead confidently, knowing we are all humans trying to navigate life's journey. Realize that it is okay to be a leader, make mistakes, and admit them. This will ultimately provide them with the skill set to become an authentic leader.
Cancellation Policy
1. Purpose This policy outlines the procedures, expectations, and terms for booking Dr. Brittany Castonguay (“Dr. C”) as a keynote speaker or workshop facilitator through Strategic Human Resources & Innovations, LLC (SHRI). The goal is to ensure a seamless, professional, and mutually beneficial collaboration between SHRI and event organizers. 2. Booking Requests All requests must be submitted through one of the following official channels: Online Form: www.strategichrinnovations.com Direct Inquiry: via SHRI’s official LinkedIn or contact form 3. Availability & Scheduling Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your preferred date: Submit requests at least 60 days in advance for in-person events. 30 days in advance for virtual events. Expedited bookings may be accommodated depending on availability. 4. Speaking & Workshop Fees Fees vary depending on engagement type, duration, and location. A custom quote will be provided following the initial consultation. Nonprofit or Educational Rates may be available upon review. 5. Travel & Accommodations For in-person engagements: SHRI will coordinate travel and lodging in collaboration with the host. A minimum of one night’s hotel stay (four-star or equivalent) and standard per diem apply. International engagements require business-class airfare and appropriate accommodations. 6. Deposits & Payment Terms A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event. Accepted forms of payment include ACH, check, or credit card (processing fees apply). If payment is not received by the deadline, SHRI reserves the right to release the date and retain the deposit. 7. Cancellations & Rescheduling Client cancellations within 30 days of the event will incur a fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance. Events may be rescheduled one time within 6 months, subject to mutual availability. In the rare event Dr. C must cancel due to illness, emergency, or military commitment, SHRI will work with the client to reschedule or provide a full refund of fees paid. 8. Recording & Intellectual Property Recording (audio, video, or streaming) requires written permission from SHRI. Content, slides, and training materials are the intellectual property of Dr. C and SHRI. Reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent. 9. Marketing & Promotion The event host may use Dr. C’s approved bio, headshot, and SHRI logo.
